Introduction and acceptance of terms
Yarzo is an online store. These terms apply to everyone who visits the website, creates an account or places an order.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time, as described below.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.
- Give accurate and complete details, including your name, mobile number and delivery address.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
Product information and availability
We try to describe products accurately. Colours on screen, product photographs and illustrations may differ slightly from the item you receive.
Availability can change quickly. An item shown as available may sell out before your order is confirmed. If that happens we will tell you and, where you have already paid, handle the payment as set out in our Cancellation Policy.
Pricing and payment conditions
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (Rs.). Delivery charges and any other fees are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment methods currently offered: Cash on delivery and Bank transfer with a payment receipt. Other methods may appear on the website but cannot be used until they are marked as available.
- Cash on delivery: you pay the delivery rider when the parcel arrives.
- Bank transfer: you pay into our account and upload your receipt. We confirm the payment once we have checked the receipt against our account. We do not prepare the order until the payment is confirmed.
If a price is wrong because of an obvious error, we may correct it and contact you before the order proceeds. You may then choose to continue or cancel.
Order acceptance and cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order, which can include contacting you to confirm your details. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, an incomplete address or suspected misuse.
You may ask to cancel an order as explained in our Cancellation Policy.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier partners. Dispatch and delivery are different stages, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details, including failed deliveries and address problems.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our Return & Refund Policy and Exchange Policy explain what you can do if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, and how requests are handled. These policies form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Intellectual property
The Yarzo name, logo, website design, text and images are owned by us or used with permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false information, or place orders you do not intend to accept.
- Use the website unlawfully, to harm others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Interfere with the website, use automated tools to scrape it, or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Post reviews or questions that are false, abusive, or infringe someone else’s rights.
- Resell products bought from us in a way that misleads others about their source.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, weather, strikes or network outages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Updates to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when this page last changed.
